Two Commendations

During the April meeting of the National Board of Directors, President John Rowan awarded VVA’s Commendation Medal to Sergeant at Arms and POW/MIA Committee Co-chair Grant Coates (left) and to Tennessee State Council President Barry Rice. The Commendation Medal is the organization’s highest award.
